Castellan Cyber was born from a simple idea – startups deserve the same level of security and technical excellence as big enterprises, without the complexity. Having been deeply involved in the Brisbane startup scene since its early days, our founders saw firsthand how small companies struggled to patch together development firms and security consultants, and set out to create a better way.
We envisioned a hybrid consultancy that could guide technical strategy and also execute the vision, all while ensuring security at every step. We combine strategic insight with building power, partnering with ambitious startups and growing businesses to create intelligent software solutions with security baked in from day one.

Why "Castellan"?
In medieval times, a Castellan was entrusted with the keys to the castle – responsible for its defense and upkeep. We chose the name Castellan because we see ourselves as guardians of our clients' digital assets, fortifying their 'castles' in the cyber world while helping them flourish.
